What this site collects, and what it does not.
This website is operated by Genloop LLC, 4500 Mercantile Plaza, Suite 300, Fort Worth, Texas 76137, United States. Questions about anything on this page can go to info@genloop.energy.
This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party marketing or analytics script that follows you elsewhere. That is why you have not been asked to dismiss a consent banner.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It is privacy-first by design: it uses no cookies, no fingerprinting and no persistent identifiers, and it does not track visitors across sites. What we see is aggregate, for example how many visits a page received, roughly which country they came from, and which site linked to us. We cannot identify you from it.
The site is hosted and served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and time of request in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this.
If you write to us through the form on the Contact page, you choose what to send. We receive your name, your email address, and anything else you type, including a company name and phone number if you supply them. Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which acts as our processor and passes the message to our email.
We use what you send only to respond to you and to evaluate the matter you have raised. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. Where an enquiry concerns a specific asset or transaction, your message and our correspondence may be retained as part of that deal record, in line with our ordinary business and legal retention obligations. If an enquiry does not lead anywhere, we retain it only as long as is useful for context on future contact.
Our email runs on Google Workspace. Correspondence you send to a genloop.energy address is stored there.
Discretion is the point of how we work. Asset details, ownership, and the fact of a discussion are treated as confidential and are not published or passed on without the counterparty's agreement, and are frequently governed by a signed non-disclosure agreement.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to info@genloop.energy and we will deal with it.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
